Hiwaga Records and Productions, established last April 2022, is a Facebook-based company label aiming to host different festive events showcasing RPWs aspiring talents in different fields, both in front and behind the scenes, such as singing, voice acting, directing, producing, scriptwriting, editing and even managing and keeping track of schedules and other company documents.


RULES


01 Do not engage with bashers

It always has been human nature to give their fellow human criticisms, both good and bad. There is no escape to it. However, it is highly encouraged not to engage in any malicious criticisms unless there is a need to address it.


02 Avoid using fonts

Using fonts is highly discouraged inside the company. There is always another way to design your timelines or posts. Be mindful of people who may have a hard time reading fonts. It is ableism and shall not be tolerated inside the company.


03 SUPPORT AND RESPECT

Do not forget to support your co-members with their work. And by support, it doesn't limit to reacting, commenting and sharing their posts. Yes, it is one way but other than that, also support your co-members by guiding and teaching them how to do even better and improve in their work. Continuous growth should always be manifested in each one of us, no matter how slow or quick it is.

And of course, respect. One of the most important rule not just inside the company but also the most important value that should be observed by a person. Always be mindful of how you act and talk around your co-workers. This won't be limiting you to be carefree around them but we ask you to learn and observe basic boundaries inside the company.


04 USE TRIGGER WARNINGS AND CONTENT WARNINGS

Some of the contents that we will use might contain contents that are triggering to some. So please, do use trigger and content warnings on your captions to avoid triggering fears, traumas and disabilities of a person. You can put Trigger Warning! or just TW and Content Warning! or just CW on top of your captions wherein it can easily be seen by the audience.


05 OPEN MINDEDNESS AND COMMUNICATION

We, the founders, urge you to always speak up and let your voice be heard. If you have any problems or you're uncomfortable with someone inside the company, do tell us. When you have a suggestion, an opinion or an idea, feel free to share it with us.Nonetheless, a lot of us might differ in opinions and stand that may lead to misunderstandings hard to avoid. But, please do observe open mindedness inside the company. Always listen to both sides of the story before making conclusions about the issue or problem.Rest assured that everything you will be addressing with the founders in private will stay in private unless it has to be addressed and called out to all the members inside the company.
